DC Women Kicking Ass: RIP Joe Kubert Legendary Comic Artist and Teacher

Joe Kubert, the artist who brought Sgt. Rock and Hawkman to life for DC Comics and trained many, many other artists, died today. He was 85.

Among the artists who attended his Kubert school were Amanda Conner and his two sons Adam and Andy.

I was lucky enough to meet Joe last year at Boston…
