Hercules, but not the one from the myths, he just called himself that. One of the early Quality Comics characters.  I guess DC got him when they bought out quality, though they might not have as they didn’t buy all the characters. Whatever the case I don’t think he lasted long, Even the Red Bee whom he shared Hit Comics with for a while gets more respect and Red Bee doesn’t get any respect. Whatever the case I don’t think he reappeared after jumping into comic book Limbo in 1942 or so.
