One of the few superheroes to come from United Features who mostly did reprints of news paper strips. Sparky here was found among Li’l Abner and the Katzenjammer Kids, his power was, I kid you not, rubbing his feet along the ground and building up a charge and then sending it along those things sticking out of his gloves that were suppose to amp the charge that he then used to zap his opponent.
During World War II they took him out of his Sparkman costume and made him a regular soldier.
