It can’t be easy for a character drawn in two dimensions to overact, but this one from Justice League of America # 53 in 1967, written by Gardner Fox and drawn by Mike Sekowsky & Sid Greene not only does it but chews up the scenery pretty thoroughly.
Gardner Fox didn’t even bother to give this one shot villain a name!
By the way…. And just who the hell is he talking to?
